Longtime Sandpoint locals have purchased a RE/MAX Franchise, moved its location and changed its name to RE/MAX All Seasons. The new location is located in downtown Sandpoint, at 126 A N 3rd Avenue next to Joel’s Mexican Restaurant.

Owen Mullen seeing the opportunity in owning a RE/MAX office here in Sandpoint, partnered with Mark Ewing and longtime Real Estate Broker, Tom Mehler to purchase the new franchise.
Owen and his wife Mary were married on a North Idaho mountain top 30 years ago. They currently live on a 40 acre ranch just north of Sandpoint where they raised their 3 children. Owen, being in sales and management all his life, began his Real Estate career 4 years ago. He specializes in commercial retail, water front and water view properties, environmentally sensitive developments, investments and locals being able to purchase homes in the area. Owen is a full service agent with a vast knowledge of the area and a work ethic beyond your expectations.

Mark Ewing has lived in Sandpoint with his wife Simone and their 2 children since 1999. His background includes professional money management, manufacturing and real estate investment. He remains the Principal in Rainbow Glacier, the largest Popsicle manufacturer in the country. Mark is involved in several Real Estate Development projects in Sandpoint, and is currently in the process of obtaining his Real Estate license.

Tom Mehler moved to Sandpoint from Aspen CO in March of 1972. He went to work as a sales associate for Rosenberger Realty. Tom has been active in Real Estate ever since, both as an agent and as a Broker/Owner. Tom has a son and a daughter that graduated from Sandpoint High. His daughter, Mandy graduated from BSU and his son Colt graduated from U of I. Tom enjoys skiing in the winter and playing golf in the summer.

In August of 2005, Tina Cornella and her husband Mike came home to Sandpoint to be near their immediate family including their first grandchild, Lacelyn. Because she previously worked as an agent in Boise with RE/MAX, Tina is familiar with the wide array of benefits that RE/MAX offers to agents for their clients. Today Tina works with the team as both the Office Manager and a licensed Real Estate Agent.
