Sandpoint locals have purchased a RE/MAX Franchise, moved its
location and changed its name to RE/MAX All Seasons. The new
location is located in downtown Sandpoint, at 126 A N 3rd Avenue
next to Joel’s Mexican Restaurant.

Owen and his wife Mary were married on a North Idaho
mountain top 30 years ago. They currently live on a 40 acre
ranch just north of Sandpoint where they raised their 3
children. Owen, being in sales and management all his life,
began his Real Estate career 4 years ago. He specializes in
commercial retail, water front and water view properties,
environmentally sensitive developments, investments and
locals being able to purchase homes in the area. Owen is a
full service agent with a vast knowledge of the area and a
work ethic beyond your expectations. |

In August of 2005,
Tina Cornella and her husband Mike came home to
Sandpoint to be near their immediate family including their
first grandchild, Lacelyn. Because she previously worked as
an agent in Boise with RE/MAX, Tina is familiar with the

their clients. Today Tina works with the team as both the
Office Manager and a licensed Real Estate Agent.
